Tennis Calories Burned..?
Im curious if anyone could give me a ballpark calorie burn estimate for playing tennis (doubles) for an hour and a half? I'm 5'9" female and my UP24 seems to be low balling my burn, but I don't think I trust the MFP estimate. Any guesses?

How do YOU "carry over" your earned calories?
Ive searched for this topic a few different ways, but havent found any real answers. Hoping some of you can help me out! I am shooting for 1575 calories per day.
