Too Much Sodium .... now what?

So I totallllllly flew past my sodium limit for the day (taco night is killer). I exercised this morning and have had about 120 oz of water. I expect to see the scale go up in the morning, but Im wondering if there is anything that counteracts too much sodium? Would drinking more water help flush out the extra sodium? Thanks!
And, for the record, the tacos were worth it.....this time

Yes, drink LOTS of water to help. Don't weigh yourself tomorrow unless you are really curious so that it doesn’t hurt your progress.0

Just drink lots of water to flush it out.. That's what I do when I've had a salty day.0

Water, water, and more water. You could add a little lemon juice too.0
