I have been looking for some feedback to get me motivated to start the 30 Day Shred again. I have seen a bunch of threads dedicated to groups starting the Shred, but I am looking for anyone who has actually completed all 30 days in a row (or at least close!) and all 3 levels.
If youve completed all 3 levels in (or around) 30 days, what were your results like? Do you have pictures to share? Motivate me!!! :) Please!? :)

I lost 12 pounds but diet was strict. I only missed 3 days. I mixed it up and didn't say on level one long.

I missed 7 days out of the 30. I lost 6 pounds. And a lot of inches. I never measured but I went down about 2 sizes. Some days I did level 1 and 2 together also.

I did the 30 day shred starting April19th and ended May 27th I took a day off here and there when I was busy, but pretty much did it every day. I lost 9 lbs and several inches all over, the most noticeable was about 6 inches off my waist. I started out with 5 lb weights which were too heavy - I couldn't get through all of level one with them - then I switched to 3 lb weights for the rest of it. I loved the shred and I am probably going to do another round maybe in the fall - I tried to start level 1 back up again right after I had finished, but the moves were so easy to me after having done all three levels - I'm changing up my exercise routine for the summer adding a lot of walking and jogging and some yoga, but reducing the strength training, but in a few months I am going to start the strength training again. I'm trying to vary my work out routines so that I don't get stuck in a rut and keep my metabolism up. Good Luck in starting again - keep at it - You will have great results too - I'm so much stronger now than I was at the beginning - I love Jillian for that!

I started it and did it for a week. Then I bought a HRM and realized that I was only burning about 200 calories on average doing the Shred, and there are many other exercises I can do where I burn twice that in the same amount of time that I enjoy much more. So now the Shred is only for rainy days.

I did the whole 30days. I used 3 and 5lb weights. I didn't just do the shred though. I aim for 500 cals a day (of course some days I fall terribly short  but the goal is 500) I didn't have a HRM at first, but by the end I barley burned 150, now I'm lucky to get 120-130. I LOVE the shred though. It's my fall back on workout. If you look at my pics you can see some before and my profile is after, but like I said I didn't just do the shred. HTH some. ohh and JUST DO IT :D:laugh:
