extra hungry and tired HELP
Feeling hungry and tired today. I know I need some protein today. I need to remember to bring my powder or at least have some drinks in my office refrigerator. So its been 2 weeks of walking everyday 3-5 miles prior i barley did 1 been wating very well and am down 9lbs. However i am super exausted and cqn barley push myself to get 3 miles in the last couple days. Did i mention my husband left 2 qeeks ago for a job out of town. Why am i so tired?

this 1200 calories confuses me
Ok with my goals fp says i should have 1200 calories a day right. well does that mean if i work out and burn 500 calories i can eat 1700. because that what fp does when you add your food and your exercise it it adds calories when you burn them off.
