    You probably aren't eating enough.

    "Down 9 pounds..."

How much weight do you need to lose to be within a healthy BMI?

How many calories per day are you eating?

How many calories are you eating? My first guess would be you are likely not eating enough which is why you are tired.

It could also be stress related due to your husband leaving for his job.

One possibility (obviously, there’s many things that can cause tiredness, but since you just started a weight loss plan, this is the first thing I though of) is that you may have chosen the “lose 2 lbs a week” option but it actually gave you too few calories to fuel your day. Your calorie deficit may be too aggressive (losing 2 lbs a week is actually only appropriate for people who are very far from their goal weight).

@vedra_b - Whatever you do for weight loss, you want it to be sustainable. We can push ourselves so very hard as moms. As others have said, look at easing up on the miles and slowing down the weight loss pace a bit. That exhaustion sounds like your body saying "too much!"

based on info provided it sounds like you are seriously undereating. 9lb in two weeks is much beyond the recommended rate of loss. unless you are seriously obese anything over 1.5lb/week is too fast.

put your stats in MFP, enter a reasonable rate of loss and eat that, PLUS estimated exercise calories from your walk.
