I am really hoping this time I stick to this change of lifestyle. I am 47 years old and want to have an active life and not be sitting on the couch exhausted all the time. I have been saying this for 10 years. I want to try again but would like motivation and like minded who are hoping to really make a change.

I feel exactly the same way, I get started and then self sabotage. It’s been a struggle for 10 years. Is now affected my marriage1

Thanks all. I am really motivated and for about a month have stayed on top of things. I am down 8 pounds and my focus has been my eating habits. I cook all my meals and have been making food I like. So far its rare i go over and even rarer that i am hungry at the end of the day. I also try to move more at night which is when I used to snack.
