So i am back again and this time i think i am going to get to my 50lb goal. I need some support and friends here on FP also can be support and friend. last week i worked hard and lost 6 lbs just making some small but big changes. from 6 cups off coffee with sugar and creamer i am down to 1. i am logging in all my food and watching my calories. i am eating lunch starting tomorrow will try to eat breakfast. i want to change my life because i want to run and play and not be the fat slob sitting in her room day in and day out eating and crying and wishing i was living life.

We're going to do it Vedra! You've already started making great changes by cutting back on the sugar and creamer. Yes, getting breakfast in there is a huge deal - please let me know if mornings are the time you need the most help to get on track for the day, I'd be happy to log in and make sure you have the support you need too!0
