Recipe Logging help?
So if I'm making my own recipe..say tuna egg salad and measuring everything as I put it together, how do I determine how many servings there are?? Do I just divide it up into serving sizes and weigh it?

Macros keep reverting back??!!
Am I the only one. I've changed my macros manually and they keep reverting back? It's getting super frustrating and I don't know why it keeps doing this. Is it because of my exercise calories that get added in? Just a system issue?

BMR or MFP? Conflicting numbers
So, I've searched and this seems to be a common problem. So, obviously cooking from scratch is healthier, but when I type in the food (say sauteed zucchini and squash), how do I know which one to pick. Sometimes they're extremely different. I plugged in one and it was 270 calories and a different one and it was only 105??
