Hi everyone,

Just decided it was time to get off the couch and feel a bit better about myself. Started a couple weeks ago with a pretty intense workout routine and I've been going strong for 2 weeks now. Working out 5-6 days/week. I am getting a bit frazzled because I don't seem to be losing much weight yet. I started keeping track of my calories, but then decided to stop. My focus is more on getting in shape than worrying too much about what I eat at this point. I'm not too careless about it on an every day basis anyway though. I'm wondering if maybe I'm not taking in enough calories though? Any advice would be appreciated.

    Welcome!
I've noticed when I exercise and eat whatever I don't lose weight. I feel off of the mfp wagon for a bit and realized I could exercise all I wanted but not logging what I ate and watching what I ate didn't help the exercise part. Er, if that make sense.
