After one week of eating back my exercise calories.
So last week, i decided to follow advice. I increased my workouts and was burning 600 calories per day, and then eating back all ym exercise calories (which i was enjoying by the way)!!! lol. At the end of the first week, i have gained 3.2lbs. I guess i would go back to not eating the exercise calories back. Sad!

MY ONE week Results for 6 week 6 pack

My periods are disappearing!!!!
Any one noticed a decrease in duration of thier periods with weight loss? I notice since i started seriously working out, my periods have drastically reduced from 5 days to 2 days now, not as heavy as before. I am not underweight, i still weigh 170lbs and have lost only 15lbs since i started. any ideas?
