First you need to know what kind of meat. Was it lean or extra lean or what percentage? Then you need to know how much meat...3 oz. 4 oz or what? Plug in ground beef and choose from database.

    oh...and add your bread separate.

If you used a premade patty, you can get the info from the package or you can look up the info on the type of beef you used...for instance, I had tacos for dinner last night and I used 96% lean ground beef. You'd look it up under ground beef and then choose the right one and then enter the number of ounces you had. The bread package should list the nutritional info or if you know the name brand, you can search it.

When all else fails, I go to recipes, and enter what I can, each ingredient and add it from there!

I'd say log it as best you can and move on, remember it next time and try to take better measurements if possible.

4 ounces of meat is approximately the size of the palm of your hand, use that as a reference point and go from there.

I doubt it was more than 3 or 4 oz. Just put it in and don't stress about it. Just weigh it next time. Don't make it too hard.

Either log it as an recipe, with one ingredient at a time, or just log the ingredients seperately as normal - and save it as a meal, so if you do it again in the future, it's easy to add it.
