I was injured for 3 weeks during the main training, but caught up and managed the last 'long run' of 20 miles without too many problems. Now that the mileage is being scaled down ( I am using Hal Higdon novice 2), would it harm me if I increase my…

Best headphones for running?
Hi guys..I'd like your suggestions for decent headphones for running. I have used the adidas sport shenhieser ones that loop around the back of the head for running with my iphone. They worked great but aren't very moisture resistant and in time they stop playing playback with a lot of stuttering and activating other apps.…

Running..and chronic pain sufferers?
Hi guys.. I have recently taken up running and also suffer from chronic pain. Jaffa Cakes..are they good when watching your weight?
A friend of mine told me recently that jaffa cakes can be very useful as an aid to weight loss as long as you don't have more than 2-3 a DAY. Is this right? they are about 45 calories per cake and less than 1g fat. My gut instinct tells me that these are 150 calories better spent elsewhere...but then I see footballers…
