Heart rate monitors and weight measurements..

Hi guys..I have invested in a heart rate monitor. when it asks to input my weight, do I enter my weight nekkid ( not a pretty sight, be assured) or do I put in my weight in full work out gear( equally ugly) ...furthermore, would there be a significant difference in heart rate/calories burnt as a result? so sorry if this is such a dumb question.
love to all..

I go with my first thing in the morning naked weight. I've also found in my c25k app when I update my weight after a run because I forgot to update it before, it subtracts 4-5 calories from the burn. So long story short it's probably not a huge deal one way or the other.0

naked.
if you weigh with clothes you weigh more, but your clothes dont count towards calorie burns.
however, a 2-3 pound difference may only make a 25 or so difference in calorie burn overall.0 -
Naked. I wake up, pee then hop on the scale once a week.0

I put mine in as what I weigh naked. Why add extra pounds when their not necessary?0
