kind of off topic, but recommendations for home gym flooring?
do any of you have home gyms where you practice - what kind of flooring do you have? i'm looking for flooring for just a small amount of space that won't slide around on a slick surface and maybe has a little cushion for falling or tumbling?

a hmm moment in class last night -
my coach teaches mostly in mandarin, so when he shouts at me during forms review - I often interpret his meaning through his body language. last night during mid-yell he broke out into english and shouted "stop thinking!! make your body control your mind!" hmm.
