Should I limit the amount of berries I eat?
I LOOOOVE blueberries and raspberries and quite often I will go to the grocery store and eat all of them in one sitting. Is this a bad thing?

Is there a calorie burner monitor out there that can count the actual calories you burn during a workout? If so, how exactly does it work and in your opinion, which one is the best?

ZuMbA???
I hear/read so many stories about Zumba, and everything I hear seems so positive. I'd like to try it, but I am a very uncoordinated person. I trip over myself walking and even lose my balance when I'm doing nothing other than standing still. Any other uncoordinated people out there who have given Zumba a go and liked it?

It's been a few days since I've logged my meals and exercise, resulting in many unneeded calories. My goal is to plan out my meals each night for the following day. I did good today. Had about 120 extra remaining calories after working out. I ran 1.25 miles and walked 1.25 miles.

Is it better to drink green tea or take a green tea supplement... or are the equally effective?

Energy boosters?
I work 6a-2p and no matter how hard I try, I can't fall asleep until 11:30-12:ish, giving me 4-5 hours of sleep. Then when I come home I want to nap, but then I know there's no chance of me getting to bed. Does anyone know of any good energy boosters I can try to give me the little pep I need to workout?

Soooo excited, but...
... is it safe that I have lost 4.8 pounds since Monday? That's almost 5 pounds in less than a full week. I've been eating between 150-250 over my recommended calories and making sure I burn 250-350 in my workout. I know losing weight fast is considered unhealthy, but it feels good to be shedding it so fast!

I have the 30 Day Shred DVD but I don't do it consistently. When I do it, it's about 2 times a week on level 3. But on the days that I don't do it, I am doing Core Secrets or running at the track. Do you think I will still see good results this way, or should I really concentrate on doing Shred everyday for the next month?
