Kinda fell off the wagon...

It's been a few days since I've logged my meals and exercise, resulting in many unneeded calories. My goal is to plan out my meals each night for the following day.

I did good today. Had about 120 extra remaining calories after working out. I ran 1.25 miles and walked 1.25 miles.

    I fell off the wagon today, too. Was just so damned hungry today!

    Bad days happen, but it's just one day...there's still a whole week to go. Tomorrow will be better.

    Thanks... Tues - Fri is easy for me since I work I plan out my whole day. Sat-Mon is tough, cause I don't work and often end up going out and making bad decisions.
