    Nope!! It is, as a matter of fact, very good! MFP has a very low protein setting, you can edit it if you want to to make it right for you!

    Going over the protein limit is not at all bad.
    count yourself lucky! being a vegetarian I always have to struggle so hard to just reach my daily goal!

    Exactly. MFP's protein is very low. Protein makes you feel full longer, and it takes more energy for your body to digest. Win/win.

    Mine is set to 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat, to give me about a gram of protein per pound of lean mass.

    Edit: On your HOME tab, go to GOALS, select CHANGE GOALS, select CUSTOM, and CONTINUE.
