Hello! My name is Bekah and I just started using Myfitnesspal today. I thought this would be a good place to post goals and updates. I'm soon to be 30 (in May) and ready for some lifestyle changes. So here are my two main goals:
1.) To lose half the weight (25 lbs) that I put on from the meds I was taking.
2.) Train to run a 5K so I can participate in Pittsburgh's Run for Your Lives.
What are your goals?

Hi Bekah! We can be friends if you want! I am new here also, but I have a lot more to lose! I am looking to basically lose half of my weight, so I have a long way to go! I am also looking to run a 5k by next summer!0

Hi there you are welcome to add me as well. Yes it seems that little goals are the best way to go. Im about to turn 40 and over been 30kilo over weight..... I started this in the new year and have lost 5 kilos. I find it hard to stay away from a nice drink...All the best you can do it...0
