FINALLY motivated!

I've tried diets for years and would always stick with them 1-2 weeks then go back to my old habits. The other day, I said to myself, "You're not getting anywhere this way. I'm ready to lose this weight the healthy way and keep it off" Since then, I have not been following any strict diet, just eating what is good for me. I cut out all the bad stuff I always eat (cheeseburgers, dips, chips, sugar, pop, pasta...) and work out at least five times a day. I vary between hot yoga, zumba, jogging, or simply doing some video workouts with my friend. I also work at a dr. office and one of the dr's is a nutritionist, so he's volunteered to watch out for me and let me know if I am eating/drinking something that I shouldn't be. I also have the support of my fiance, family and friends. I started last wednesday and in that time dropped about 5 lbs! And the best part is, I feel that I can keep it up this time, unlike the past when I would start a diet and from day 1 would be craving junk food!

So, now that I'm feeling motivated, I'm looking for some online friends to support me and vise versa. Send me message if interested! I'm 30/F/currently 174 and looking to reach 135-140. I don't have a time frame... that will only discourage me. My focus is on continuing down the path I finally found and taking it one day at a time!!
