So I just got a nutribullet after watching several documentaries on juicing and their benefits. I chose to do smoothies because you don't lose any of the nutritional value. My question is: is there anyone out there who is doing the same thing? If so, how much weight do you see coming off and how fast? Would you be willing to post before/after pics? I need some motivation to get this started!!
