Question...

I know it's a long shot...but my goal is to lose another 5 lbs by next thurs/fri for the beach. Any reccommendations?

    My recommendation is you should have started a month ago. There is no way you'll do that in one week in a healthy manner.

    you won't lose 5 pounds of fat by then. 5 pounds of water maybe...but make a healthy choice.

    I've already lost 5 lbs this past week. I'm eating healthy and working out 5 days a week. I do hot yoga which makes me sweat my *kitten* off. Shrugs... if I do, great. I'll just continue down the path I am on.

    Looking at short term weight loss like "5 pounds by next week" is just setting yourself up for failure.
    Work on finding a sustainable lifestyle change.

    If you lost 5 this week, itll be pretty hard to do that again...youre beautiful by the way...hope you enjoy the beach!

    just keep doing what ur doing and be healthy, u may lose another pound or 2, but aiming for 5 in a short amount of time is probably unhealthy. be happy with ur progress so far!

    Your fiance's family is not going to notice if you lose 5lbs. Enjoy your success so far and have a wonderful time! =)
