I quit smoking a year ago this week and now it's time to work on the weight. I'm going to become a grandmother in November and I'm really excited! I want to have tons of energy to keep up…

what's the scoop on protein?
I tend to go over on my protein intake...will that hurt my success? I'm staying at or below all of the other categories. I always thought the more protein the better. Am I wrong?
