After posting my food so far, I have calories left over to consume.
I need some ideas of something that won't exceed these leftover units:

calories: 396
Carb: 12
Fat: 12
Protein: 17

Ideas??

    my very favourite snack is crackers with salsa and melted cheese on top. About 100 cals for the crackers, another 85 or so for the cheese and about 20 for the salsa. That's 205. chase it with a cold glass of milk maybe.

    Popcorn and carrots... thats what i eat and it fill you up and helps you drink lots of water.... its a strange combo but it works really well... My BF eats it with me too...

    What about dinner?

    Big glass skim milk
    Almonds
    Yogurt

    I guess I'll have to get the clothes off the bowflex, huh?

    But....what would be high in calories and low in carbs, fat & protien? Don't the calories have to come from one of those things?
