I just noticed something this AM...
I weigh my food like I weigh myself.
I put the food on the scale...then take it off. I shake it around in the bowl a few, and put it back on the scale. I wiggle it on the scale, and then I take the lowest number I see.

What about pasta? Are you supposed to weigh it before or after it's cooked?0

I measure pasta dry because thats generally how it's listed on it's nutritional label, but I do meats cooked. Just be sure to choose correctly when you log that food as "3oz salmon, grilled" is not going to be the same as "3oz salmon, raw"0
