I don't eat BAD, but I do eat A LOT!
Probably between 2400 and 2800 kcal/day! 4-6 small/medium meals/snacks/protein smoothies a day 40/30/30 C/F/P macros I'm 160 lbs, 5'7. Workout 3-4 days a week (yoga, weight training, rowing) I'm great about water. So how can I cut my calories down but not be so famished?! I'm sooooo hungry all day!

Cutting out sugar (promise me I'll eventually stop crying)

What is your tiny but POWERFUL pre-workout energy source?
I gym M-F @5am normally on an empty stomach (prevents puking). But I'm exhausted and am thinking I need a quick surge of SOMETHING that is small but not anywhere near filling. I'm thinking maybe those small fuel pak pouches?? NO artificial sweetners NO GMO NO soy TIA!

Shaking muscles are driving me mad!!!
I have rest days. I'm not overloading (as in, I can finish a 5x5 set without breaking form). But when I go to do stabilization stuff (planks, push-ups, etc) I shake so bad it's embarrassing. Advise.

Am I doing squats wrong if...
....I only feel it it in my quads and not anywhere else? Not hams, glutes, etc. Ideas?

How do you even out mismatched strength?
For instance, on OHP with dumbbells, my left arm obviously struggles more than my right. So would I do different weights?? Higher or lower weight for the weaker arm?? TIA!

What would be the OPPOSITE of Body Glide?
Basically, when I'm running or lifting and getting really sweaty, I cannot keep my ear buds in my ears. So I'm wondering if there is something that I can use to keep them in place, from slipping and sliding. It's crazy annoying.
