Scale never changes - anyone else discouraged?

I want an active lbs lost ticker! Lol!

My clothes fit better, I've lost inches almost everywhere. I'm neurotic about cutting calories and working out 6 days a week. But the scale just wont budge down!

I know I'm building (minuscule) muscle (slowly) but muscle does NOT weigh more than fat. 1 lb is 1 lb is 1 lb. so what gives?

Anyone else have similar experiences? Sorry for being a whiny @&$?-!

    Me. :/
My body fat % has been slowly going down and my muscle mass % has been increasing slowly, but I think I've only lost 3 pounds in the last 30 days!

Yes! Your clothes fit better, you're building muscle and losing fat. You are correct, a pound of fat weights exactly what a pound of muscle weighs, but the muscle takes up less VOLUME. that's the key.
