Stevia?
I hate artificial sweetness in general.. (aftertaste is the issue.) I have been reading about dried ground stevia leaves. Has anyone tired it? Do you use stevia, what kind, and aftertaste? I want it for coffee.

Sick...
So what do you do when you're sick? I have to drink a lot of juice right now and it's very high in calories. :( I still need to eat. Ugh. Umm... I just lost 40 calories?
I updated my settings for the 7 lbs I have dropped and it took away 40 calories? REALLY? That is 280 calories a week..... Why did it DO that? I struggle at 1400... Will it continue to lower? I cannot eat a 1200 calorie daily intake. I struggle at 1400.....

Have you tried a new food lately?
I wanted an easy non meat meal for two nights a week. I found Bocca Burger's flame grilled patty. It was yummy. I had full fat yogurt for mayo, with onions and tomatoes. With a 100% whole wheat sandwhich slim. Whole thing I found delicious.

5 lbs
I lost my first 5 lbs in 2 weeks. Even with my missteps. I am pretty happy with that. :) Woot!!

Well that was an unhappy moment.
I thought I was doing better overall compared to before I came here.... Then I went into my settings and noticed I did a typo on my height.... I had made myself two inches taller. So of course you know that does make a difference in calories everyday. So instead of now hitting the lines most days, I have gone over. :(

I eat like crap (I am working on it, being here lets me actually see what I am doing in a clearer picture....) and still go over my fiber count everyday. If you're eating a lot of veggies, how do you not go over? Does it really matter? And how much over is too much?

How often do you weigh?
I don't have a scale yet, and I am basing my weight on my last doctor's visit about a month ago. I want to get a scale, and I think once a week is good. This is because I want want to monitor, but aslo want to avoid the day to day fluctuations that I feel can be discouraging. What say you?

Don't feel like doing all the research. What restaurant do you like to have them at? Also do you have a favorite recipe? I always liked the Wendy's one, but for that LITTLE salad it's 250 calories. :O

Can you "save" calories?
I like to go out on Friday nights and have a nice meal without having to worry about the calories. I will eat til full, but you know I want to have freedom to select from the menu. Can I save 100 calories a day the rest of the week in anticipation of that meal?
