Can you "save" calories?

I like to go out on Friday nights and have a nice meal without having to worry about the calories. I will eat til full, but you know I want to have freedom to select from the menu. Can I save 100 calories a day the rest of the week in anticipation of that meal?

Yes, that's a really good way to plan your week. Think of your calorie allowance as a weekly total rather than daily to allow a "cheat" day or night out. Another way is to do extra exercise on the Friday to earn the extra calories. Enjoy your night out!0

You can do whatever you want! If it works and you like it, stick with it! If it doesn't work, you can switch it up later.

Yep, sure can!
I do it for booze, too.0
