I eat like crap (I am working on it, being here lets me actually see what I am doing in a clearer picture....) and still go over my fiber count everyday. If you're eating a lot of veggies, how do you not go over?

Does it really matter? And how much over is too much?

    As long as you aren't having any digestive issues, I wouldn't worry about it unless you are WAY over as it can interfere with vitamin absorption. How much are you getting on average?

    The calculator says I should be doing 21, but most days I go 10-15 over that. Today I had a rough day, so I was 5 under. But I ate out of my norm today..
