I wanted an easy non meat meal for two nights a week. I found Bocca Burger's flame grilled patty. It was yummy. I had full fat yogurt for mayo, with onions and tomatoes. With a 100% whole wheat sandwhich slim. Whole thing I found delicious.

I had so much okra in the garden I started roasting it (instead of frying which is the traditional southern way) and I LOVE it!! I just cut it up with olive oil and some seasoning and throw it in the over for 20 minutes. i eat some right away and save some for lunches throughout the week.
