Complete Scale Victory!
I have been at a plateau for months! After my first week I posted that I didn't have any loss, but I weighed myself this morning (bad girl! I just weighed myself on wednsday!) and I am now 2 pounds lighter! That number hasn't budged until today :) me very happy!

Can someone help me with this subject. I have calculated mine and subtracted 15%. I have done this because I have seen people say they have done this to figure out their calorie intake. Why does this work? :) Thank you!!

wHAT IF i AM NOT HUNGRY?
I don't eat all of my calories and of course, now my weight loss is at a stand still. I understand the logic behind eating more when you exercise more.
