I just bought THE BIGGEST LOSER Glass Digital Kitchen Scale by TAYLOR (#3831BL). I am not finding it to be 100% accurate. How about other beverages: tea, soda, ect.? How about flavored water? (Fruit 2o, Propel, ect.) Or do you think it has to be 100% pure water?

Can anyone figure out the nutrition information for Orville Redenbacher's Gourmet Popping Corn Light Butter 2.9 0z bag? I am totally confused! Not Quite The Fountain Of Youth (but close)
I have been trying to find an alternative to sugar and artificial sweeteners I've been sampling Purevia, Truvia and Stevia In The Raw. All those companies graciously sent me samples and coupons. At first, as far as taste, I thought Purevia and Truvia were the clear winners (in that order) with only a mild aftertaste. To…

I don't think there is but I'll ask anyway. Is there anywhere to get My Fitness Pal apparel? And maybe even caught having a Big Mac…

Why was my calorie goal reduced?
I weighed in this morning and lost a total of 11 lbs (yipeee!) After I entered my new weight, MFP suggested I update my goals since I've lost over 10 lbs. So I followed their recomendations and they lowered my daily calorie intake goal from 1690 to 1620. Why did they do this?
