hunger pains....make me sick
so there are times when i get the rumble in my tummy reminding me of the oh so natural surviving skill of putting food in my mouth in order to stay alive.... .....and then i feel nauseous and then i am nervous to eat. so this happen to anyone else? if so....do you know why?

Optical illusion or real life.
So I have been going at it pretty hard for the past two weeks give or take. Watching what I eat...burning at least 500 cals a day...drinking lots of water. i step on the scale and it slowly moves.....down ounce by ounce. JUST SAY NO!!!
I have the worse time saying no to extra eating!!! So i usually eat dinner around 530 this is to avoid eating after 8 AND to avoid that extra full feeling before bed. but it leaves me with this desire to eat random things late at night. Usually to avoid that I would go to bed, but going to bed at 7 is really not an option…

i do not understand why i feel like i have to force myself to drink water....what is that? I never feel thirsty, and I usually never want to drink to fluids during eating. Help!

salad dressings are the worst!!
