hunger pains....make me sick

so there are times when i get the rumble in my tummy reminding me of the oh so natural surviving skill of putting food in my mouth in order to stay alive....

.....and then i feel nauseous and then i am nervous to eat.

so this happen to anyone else? if so....do you know why?

    It happens to me, I have to make sure I never get truly hungry so I don't get sick. But its happened to me for years and years so I know when its getting to the point that I *have* to eat, even if its just a few crackers. I have no idea why it happens though.
