Staying fit during pregnancy!

So I am 4 months (16weeks) preggo and have decided that this will not stop me from staying as fit as possible. :D it is very difficult with all the changes my body is going through but I am going to push through. some days are better than others and i know most of it is because i mentally doubt myself.

so if any of you out there would like to light a fire under my *kitten* please feel free to add me and join in my adventure!

others just reading to read....i can do this pregnant whats your excuse???
