so I have been kicking a** and taking names these last few days busting out at least 6 miles or more walking on the tread. I have never been more excited and proud of myself, until i realized that my counter on my treadmill is WRONG!!!! and i have been burning only half the amount of calories that I thought i was.
Thank BOB that i havent gained any weight eating back those un realisic calories I thought i was burning. or i swear to BOB i would have thrown a childish fit. (throws a ninja star)
Sadly....I want to quit! I have become so discouraged by the fact that i havent been burning many calories that I actually want to cry and bury myself in a trash bag filled with gummy bear covered ho ho's. This journey becomes harder and harder and it is no longer about having the will power to say no to the fast food...because i can do that....or declining the malted hot chocolate lava cake....because, honestly I can do that too. This is about me being active enough to, just is case i fall, burn ever bad choice I make off proudly.
And finding out that its going to take me 12 miles a day instead of 6....make me !@%#&&*^$%^$
i am losing the motivation, and i feel like this battle will cost me the war. Even though i promised myself more time on the tread after lunch...i really dont see the point anymore.

Hey keep it up! It is not supposed to be easy!
Of course we all get depressed when something we worked so hard at is never what we expected it to be. But that is when you got to be like whatever I can do this anyways! Do not give up! Maybe instead of jumping back on the treadmill do something else! I am doing 30DS and just got a leslie sansone walk at home walk slim DVD. It is 4 miles in 56 minutes but it adds variety so I do not realize that it is going. She claims you can burn a meal off doing it and if you dont then you are eating way too much (I thought that was funny). Point being, do not give up try other things to make it not seem so bad. How many calories a day are you trying to burn? You do not have to push yourself to burn a whole lot especially if you are not eating them back.0 -
Try not to be discouraged! You've done a good job regardless of what was burned. 6 miles is 6miles. Maybe try a different type of workout. Keep going, you can do it!0

check this link, you put how much you weigh and how long you did your excersice. its supposed to be more acurate! i hope that you wont give up. it seems that you still are loosing so i would keep going. you can do this!
