Have you been taking measurements? How can we know if your waist is shrinking?0

What do you mean by "toning my arms and legs"?? You can't exactly spot reduce, so I'm guessing you're like me in that the first place you lose fat is in your waist. I lost 4 inches in my waist before I lost an inch in my hips.0

You can focus your exercise on certain muscles, but you can't control where the fat burns off. Keep up the toning, though!
Add some core work, too, because toning/strengthening all your muscles is good for you.0 -
You might be engaging your core for those arm and leg movements more than you realize. So its very possible. I know I engage my core for push presses and standing bicep curls.0

Chances are you are shaping out your appendages but as far as fat burn and where the weight gets lost from, you can't control that. Be glad you're seeing any sort of "shrinking" or whatnot, it means you're doing something right.0
