Feeling better already!
I'm 7 days in with healthier food choices and moving more and I can't believe the difference in how I feel. Was walking in town today and I just felt fitter, didn't feel out of breath like I normally do. It may all be on my head but I'm taking the win, I can't wait to see how I feel after a month. Is this enough exercise?
I've started again to try and get fitter and lose weight. I am walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes alternating between steady pace and fast walk. I'm also doing 3 repetitions of 3 weight based exercises and using a weighted hula hoop for 5 to 10 minutes. I think I'm hitting about 45 minutes activity per day every day.…

how to get started with heavy lifting
I have started back using weights and adter seeing the results from lifting heavy i want in. I have two dumbells but they only have 0.5kg weights on them and i generally do various exercises doing three sets and 12 reps. I do this three times a week. Now my question is what weight should i use? Or do i just keep upping it…

When i go for a run and burn say 300 cals according to hrm i normally log that into mfp ok, but i wondered today if i hadnt run i would have still burned calories just sitting at home so should i deduct that from the calories my hrm says ive burned? Just wondered if there are any other ladies who are lifting weights as well as cardio, i have been using weights while doing 30 day shred but today is my first day of just the weights without dvd i did 5 different exercises 4 sets with 10 reps per exercise. 5 days into 30 day shred
well i have completed 5 days of shred and i think i am already seeing results! I thought id take my measurements again but i didnt expect any difrerence. But amazingly i have lost 2 inches off my waist, and inch off each arm and an inch off my hips!!!! Thats 5 inches lost in 5 days i cant believe it i cant wait to see how…
