What is my activity level help!

I dont know what i should be i am at home with the kids most days and spend a good part of the day sat down playing with them, but i do work out everyday for an hour sometimes more i do half an hour in the morning and then another half hour in the afternoon.

So am i sedentary as i do spend a good part of the day on my bum or am i lightly active due to the exercise, oh and i am eat most of my exercise calories if that make any difference.

    if you are going to log the exercise, then keep your activity level at sedentary. if you want to ballpark it, and not log the exercise, then maybe lightly active.
    unless you're intent on losing more than 1lb a week, going with sedentary at first and then maybe adjusting it upward if you are losing too much might be the way to go...
