When i go for a run and burn say 300 cals according to hrm i normally log that into mfp ok, but i wondered today if i hadnt run i would have still burned calories just sitting at home so should i deduct that from the calories my hrm says ive burned?
Im worried incase ive been logging too much exercise and then eating too manyb back
Thanks

Go with what the HRM says. Your BMR is calculated into your MFP calorie goal so you don't need to do that.0
