Before exer ising and dieting i was about a size 22 somtimes a 24 depending on the shop and the other day when i was out i though ill buy some 18 jeans and keep them to motivate me, well i tried them on this morning to see how far off i was and......
THEY FIT! I cant believe it i have no ide how long its benn since i was a size 18 i know its still big but its a mini acheivment for me i feel great now.

That's AWESOME! Congrats to you! I myself just bought a pair of pants in a smaller size and cant wait until i can zip them up without having to lie down, suck it in and exhale:happy:
