30 min workout routine ideas
Starting next week I get on duty workout time at work and I want to make the most of it since I don't currently belong to a gym. They have free weights, a treadmill, an elliptical and those workout bands, also the execise ball but no like weighted benches or anything. I get 30-45 min and would like a full body routine.

So I've always sat for my 10 hr shift but our desks raise up so we can stand ( yes....I am in fact scraping the bottom of the calorie barrel) so I've been doing an hour standing an hour sitting. D I get any bonus calories for this lol

What made you fat and how are you overcoming it?
For me it was definitely my job. I sit a ton, I can't get up and move when I want and on days when it's slow it's SUPER SLOW so I get bored and I'm a HUGE bored eater. I'm trying to bring more snacks that cabe munched over a period of time like low cal popcorn and things like that.
