Starting next week I get on duty workout time at work and I want to make the most of it since I don't currently belong to a gym. They have free weights, a treadmill, an elliptical and those workout bands, also the execise ball but no like weighted benches or anything. I get 30-45 min and would like a full body routine.

I'm currently doing Strong Curves, and it takes me around 30 minutes. It's 3-4 times a week, depending on which program and which week you're in. All Pro's Beginner a Routine on the bodybuilding.com forums is good, too. It could take a bit longer, you could also ditch the bicep curls and/or calf raises. Lots of people swear by StrongLifts and Starting Strength as well. A wendler 5/3/1 can also be easily done in a short time period. Then, just do whichever cardio you like on the off days. I'd definitely take advantage of the weights since you can easily get cardio in outside the gym.0
