what did i do wrong??
I feel like death LOL. I have been doing the elliptical/jogging 20-30 minutes a day 4-5 days a week for months. soooo I started the 30 day shred yesterday and i can barely walk today. What can i do to feel better? my quads hurt so bad. I want to work out today but i can barely walk. help Jess

I need suggestions of what I can replace my diet pepsi addiction with....Its a BIG addiction. and i need step by step instructions how to do it LOL. I am helpless. I drink a bunch of water already 4 16 oz bottles a day sooo aside from more water, what is a great replacement? should i quit cold turkey?

ideal weight??
what is a healthy way to decide your goal weight? I would love to be SKINNY but i don't know if its realistic or healthy I am currently 5'7" and 166lbs which is *overweight* and would love to be 136. reasonable or not?

here are my bad habits, i want to quit them all but quitting all at once does NOT work for me. fast food (especially after taking the kids to school when i can eat in PEACE) diet pop coffee candy going out to eat soooo which do i quit? how do i do it??

I don't want to fail but tonight we are going out to eat. Probably chinese. what can I order that is healthy?? I am not counting calories yet, just working on *healthy* throughout the day. the stress of counting calories was quite a bit so that is next months baby step...anyways...what should i get??

so i'm trying....
I am eating and logging my calories, eating my exercise calories...exercising slowly but surely. but i'm not losing weight. its only been 2 weeks but I was hoping for a big drop to motivate me.. I am currently 5' 7 and 158lbs and aant to get to 130. MFP gives me 1400 calories/day

good start or pathetic??
so today i started to exercise...which i haven't done in about 3 years.... I did 2x20 wall pushups 2x10 leg lifts 4 different ways 25 jumping jacks 20 crunches when i write it down it doesn't seem like a bunch but my body is feeling it a bit.

fasting??
Will fasting help to *reset* my metabolism? my doctor recommended it, I can have clear fluids and fresh fruit if i get woozy, she said to do that for 2 days and then start eating my appropriate calories and that it would work as a jump start. what do you guys think??
