good start or pathetic??

so today i started to exercise...which i haven't done in about 3 years....
I did
2x20 wall pushups
2x10 leg lifts 4 different ways
25 jumping jacks
20 crunches
when i write it down it doesn't seem like a bunch but my body is feeling it a bit.
I did

I think it's good...you gradually have to increase your reps, goals and time.
And feeling sore means you're working those muscles just don't over do it...0 -
some people are able to jump in there and do alot of hardcore working out right away. I personally had to start off doing very little and am building up. I think you need to listen to your body so that you don't hurt yourself. At the same time you want to push yourself just a little bit more everytime.
good start or pathetic? You got up and did something you yourself said you haven't done in a while. I say exellent start!:drinker:0
