Recipe for healthy Anzac Cookies!
I thought that you guys would appreciate this recipe I found online. http://www.healthyfoodguide.com.au/recipes/2007/august/anzac-biscuits I made it a tad healthier, and a bit lower in calories by subbing the syrup & sugar with sugar-free maple syrup, and using an egg white instead of an entire egg.

I always seem to be very close to, or over my fat allowance for the day (35g). Does this make a difference in overall weightloss, when the caloric deficit is still adhered to?

Tired a lot - too few cals?
So I normally eat at around 1250 a day, and eat maybe 10% of my exercise cals back. I have noticed lately, and on any diet that a few weeks in I always end up really sleepy.
