So 2 weeks ago I strained my left hamstring trying to do a left leg split at the beginning of pole without warming up. Dumb, I know. I deserved that injury. After 2 weeks of rehab, still exercising but being SUPER CAREFUL (wow did that show on the scale today -.-), It is about 90% better.

But then today, AFTER WARMING UP, and after a pre-stretch session, I attempted a right leg split. It was all good, until I tried again. *POP*. Strained the right hamstring. And now it hurts to walk. So the left leg is now the 'good leg'.

This means that once again, I'm gonna need to watch it, and not work out anywhere near as much as I want to. And probably won't lose anything again this week, despite always sticking to my calories.

I'm just so sick of it. I had glandular fever (mono) for TEN MONTHS, so I had to stop and start a lot then, and now it seems like I'm always injured >:(.

Gah I just wanna get back to my fit and 110 pound self again.

Sorry about the rant, I'm just so frustrated!!
