Another NSV
I measured my hips and my stomach... So my stomach has shrunk 2 inches.. my hips 1.5 inches I am so excited. I need to go to the doctor to weigh in but i am pretty sure i may be at 355. Pretty excited in the long run.. YAY

Eating Habits
I eat normally for lunch around 2pm. I eat a protein heavy lunch. I keep finding myself not hungry at all for dinner. I generally dont get off work till midnight and am bet at 1.. so i dont really eat past 3 anymore

Gave up soda
A year and a half ago. I gave up soda and started exculsivly drank water. I was told just by doing that you lose weight. I drink about 8 glasses a day sometime even more. I havve not seen any weight loss to this.

Folding Towels
I fold towels at work, When i say fold towels. I mean lots of towels even really heavy ones. It is very repetitive, it could be deemed exercise, because most of the time it takes atleast an hour or two of work. Anyone know how to calculate how much calories that would be?

HELP
For some reason today, I just kept eating. I just eat everything in site. Not even the good stuff. Before i know it I am done. I have locked myself in my room. I have went well over my calories and my sodium intake for today was Abysmal.

It is wanting me to eat 2780 calories a day. I average 1800 calories a day and i eat too much. that is even allowing myself to eat chocolate chip cookies and the like. and on sundays when i do Amtgard for a couple hours+ it adds more then 3000 calories for me to eat.
