9 months and counting

17 weeks & counting

HALF WAY TO MY GOAL!!!!

I've reached my mini goal this month.....
I set a goal that I would get under 160 by the end of this month and this morning I weighed in and have reached my mini goal!! I'm so excited to be in the 150's again, it's been about 2 years since I've been in this range.:bigsmile:

FITNESS TEST....
Joined a gym again on Wed, haven't been to the gym in umm.....3 years! I'm afraid of what my results are gonna be like for cardio - at least I've been working out a home I guess for the past 2 months, so I'm not a fish right out of water. Wish me luck!:tongue:

I hate ab workouts!!!
I don't know if it's just me, but everytime I do an ab workout I feel like I'm gonna hurl - especially when doing the ISO bike move fast for 30 sec straight! Maybe it's just cause I've had 2 kids and my abs are extremley weak - but my abdomins feel like they are being ripped apart!!
