Strawberry-Orange Smoothie soooOOoo delicious!!
1 1/2 cups of vanilla soy milk
2 cups of frozen whole strawberries (no sugar added)
1/3 cup of calcium enriched orange juice
1 medium size banana
Add all ingredients into the blender and liquify until smooth enough to drink.
Pour into cup and ENJOY!!!
I figured that a tall glass of this (about 1/2 the ingredients combined) works out to be about 280 calories per serving give or take. Great for breakfast or a snack later in the evening after the gym.
I made it with mixed berries last night and it was pretty good with that as well.

I'm sure you could, never tried it with milk....I think the soy milk is a bit thicker, but once you mix the fruit you don't even taste the soy milk (I'm not a fan of soy milk myself....but love this smoothie).0 -
